Mazinho Dionísio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alessandro Félix showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. A collision led to Buritama Sports getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Celsinho Amorim hit a great ball. With a little luck, LauerArmy's Mazinho Dionísio got control of the ball when Alessandro Félix tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dráusio Porto got free with Mazinho Dionísio in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victor Munhoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the LauerArmy defense, Alessandro Félix kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mazinho Dionísio. The LauerArmy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mazinho Dionísio should have stopped the shot. Alessandro Félix kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Tomé Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wanderson Pena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Buritama Sports getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Toninho Freitas hit a great ball. In the 28th minute Ronaldão Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazinho Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Buritama Sports's Victor Munhoz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Pedro Luiz de Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Buritama Sports got a freekick which was hit by Victor Munhoz. Mazinho Dionísio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Mazinho Dionísio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dráusio Porto in the 38th minute. Alessandro Félix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Mazinho Dionísio made a huge save. 41 minutes into the match, Buritama Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Tomé Marinho came free, but Wanderson Pena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Victor Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomé Marinho scored 3-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wanderson Pena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomé Marinho made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Victor Munhoz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mazinho Dionísio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 55th minute Dráusio Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazinho Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Renato Valladares charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Renato Valladares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomé Marinho in the 63rd minute of play forced Buritama Sports's goalkeeper Wanderson Pena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Elano Andrade fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LauerArmy's protests and gave Elano Andrade a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Buritama Sports booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráuzio Trancoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Samuca dos Santos got a free kick in the 68th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Buritama Sports's Alessandro Félix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mazinho Dionísio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 75th minute, Dráuzio Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giovanni Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Buritama Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Bastos came free, but Wanderson Pena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Félix in the 90th minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Mazinho Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Buritama Sports fully deserved thier win.
