The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Virgilio Garland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dariusz Jaroszewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. Virgilio Garland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Dariusz Jaroszewicz made a huge save. Fernán Albonico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Butler in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s Conrado Ferreira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dariusz Jaroszewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fernán Albonico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristóf Földes, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 21 minutes of play, CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW's Filippo Iovine made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernán Albonico was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s Abner Iturralde got a free kick in the 26th minute. Fernán Albonico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristóf Földes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgilio Garland who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Dariusz Jaroszewicz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 36 minutes into the match, Conrado Ferreira notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW's Dariusz Jaroszewicz. Dariusz Jaroszewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dariusz Jaroszewicz came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s Conrado Ferreira. But to his dismay, Conrado Ferreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 47th minute Bartlomiej Furgal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernán Albonico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Virgilio Garland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Conrado Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Ferreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th minute Conrado Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Jaroszewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duardo Fadda hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Filippo Iovine had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernán Albonico. ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filippo Iovine was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. A sloppy throw-in by Bogdan Fujara in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s Abner Iturralde. In the 69th minute, CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW's Filippo Iovine ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernán Albonico. Fernán Albonico yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Virgilio Garland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Dariusz Jaroszewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernán Albonico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filippo Iovine in the 76th minute. When ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s Virgilio Garland in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW's goalie prevented a goal. ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪ were furious when Chupan Hoyo was red carded, 82 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪! After a defensive mix-up in CAFE FUTBOL TCZEW's zone, Conrado Ferreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dariusz Jaroszewicz came out of the goal and Conrado Ferreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
