The audience was convinced that King Thorin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adriano Tolin was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the match, King Thorin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Motala AIF's Adriano Tolin. Adriano Tolin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of Motala AIF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gondor FC™:s goal. Adriano Tolin had in the 21stth minute some difficulties stopping Hamid Hamedović's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 23rd minute, Safet Sušić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adriano Tolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Safet Sušić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Gondor FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Tony Skarkman came free, but Đuro Brezović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Motala AIF's Marcin Cebula got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Ernst Pino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Motala AIF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gondor FC™ the free kick. Ernst Pino hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Adriano Tolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from King Thorin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Marjanovic hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Adriano Tolin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamid Hamedović in the 41st minute of the match. Adriano Tolin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Safet Sušić, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Gondor FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Fromm came free, but Đuro Brezović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The wind increased when King Thorin made the kick off in the second half. Gondor FC™'s Đuro Brezović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcin Cebula in the 50th minute of play. Ben Kolbe charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ben Kolbe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Motala AIF's Ben Kolbe got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Frodo Baggins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gondor FC™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Frodo Baggins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adriano Tolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Safet Sušić in the 54th minute of play. Motala AIF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Safet Sušić scored to the left of an out of position Adriano Tolin, making the score, 0-2. Gondor FC™'s Bard Bowman was substituted for King Thorin. Hamid Hamedović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Tolin having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Motala AIF's goalkeeper Adriano Tolin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Safet Sušić. Sredoje Hazimović hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Gondor FC™'s Aljo Franković was substituted for Gray Gondolf. In the 72nd match minute, Gondor FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sredoje Hazimović to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 77 in the game by Hamid Hamedović from a close distance when the talented Adriano Tolin managed to make a qualified save. Motala AIF's players were relieved. Adriano Tolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bard Bowman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hamid Hamedović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Adriano Tolin made a huge save. Sebastian Lope kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute of the match Frodo Baggins sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adriano Tolin skillfully saved the ball. After 85 played minutes Motala AIF got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Cebula. In the 91st match minute, Motala AIF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Banzer to maneuver through the defense. Adriano Tolin was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Sredoje Hazimović capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sredoje Hazimović really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Gondor FC™ played a much better game than Motala AIF and deserved their victory. The Motala AIF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
