If Edvard Enström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafael Viviano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Lebron in the 38th minute of the match. João Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Vänge IF's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Urbasa came free, but Di Xing Yu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vänge IF made a substitution. Dan Mårtensson replaced Joel Lidström.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan Lebron was the one to do the kick off. Raşit Timuroz came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rafael Viviano could save by the left post. Deportivo Pergamino's Teo Havier was substituted for Eustaquio Laffitte. 82 minutes into the game, Asko Välk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Pergamino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vänge IF the free kick. A collision led to Deportivo Pergamino getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Asko Välk hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Vänge IF's Raşit Timuroz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Rafael Viviano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raşit Timuroz in the 87th minute.
