Spectators: 7988 (Terracing: 5992, Seating: 1837, VIP seats: 159) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eloy Sidro got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Arrosko Cañadas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Ayuntamiento CF the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Arrosko Cañadas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Cordeiro in the 5th minute of play forced C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalkeeper Eufemio Zubizarreta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Saverio Cordeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eufemio Zubizarreta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 17th play minutes Eloy Sidro shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Eufemio Zubizarreta and just under the crossbar into goal. 23 minutes into the game, one of Real Ayuntamiento CF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 31st minute Christian Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eufemio Zubizarreta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eufemio Zubizarreta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Sidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 34th match minute, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Titos to maneuver through the defense. Eufemio Zubizarreta came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Ayuntamiento CF's Saverio Cordeiro. But to his dismay, Saverio Cordeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Lorenzo Enmanuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ponce Delgado in the 43rd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Manu Kanu hit a great ball. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 made a substitution. Salvador Palanques replaced Manu Kanu. In the 62nd minute, Manu Kanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute of the match Clemente Goyo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eufemio Zubizarreta showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lorenzo Enmanuel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tato Abadia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the game, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Salvador Palanques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lorenzo Enmanuel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Noe in the 73rd minute of play forced C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalkeeper Eufemio Zubizarreta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Lorenzo Enmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ponce Delgado in the 74th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Christian Errando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eufemio Zubizarreta. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian Errando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Eufemio Zubizarreta made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Eloy Sidro sent off a good shot on target. 94 minutes into the match, Saverio Cordeiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eufemio Zubizarreta, 2-5. When the match was over Real Ayuntamiento CF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 throughout the match.
