Barra Gøl came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by UFC Puturoasa's Sandu Musteatã. But to his dismay, Sandu Musteatã quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ion Gribincea's late challenge caught a Galo na Veia FC™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ion Gribincea helped the player get up and apologised. Ion Gribincea kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vehdi Taşkınay got free with Carlos Alberto Salgado in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernard Scarpa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Carlos Alberto Salgado made a huge save. When UFC Puturoasa's Emil Dobândã in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vehdi Taşkınay in the 41st minute of play forced UFC Puturoasa's goalkeeper Carlos Alberto Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emil Dobândã stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vehdi Taşkınay took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Alberto Salgado. Carlos Alberto Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 66th match minute, Galo na Veia FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vehdi Taşkınay to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the game, Emil Wos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UFC Puturoasa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galo na Veia FC™ the free kick.
