The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Bennis's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolay Podshivalov came free, but Leonardo Jara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulryk Tomporowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cai Cheng Sang, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. With his leg Ulryk Tomporowski managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Bennis's Cai Cheng Sang fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Krzysztof Jarmulowicz struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Leonardo Jara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JUNICO Ełk. If Krzysztof Jarmulowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Nikolay Podshivalov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Jara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulryk Tomporowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Åke Granberg in the 27th minute of the match. Leonardo Jara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolay Podshivalov, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Leonardo Jara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neymar I, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, JUNICO Ełk's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Cheng Sang came free, but Ulryk Tomporowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Jara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolay Podshivalov, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Leonardo Jara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikolay Podshivalov in the 38th minute of the match. Ulryk Tomporowski came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bennis's Cai Cheng Sang. But to his dismay, Cai Cheng Sang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Leonardo Jara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikolay Podshivalov in the 45th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bennis's Eerik Loide got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute, Krzysztof Jarmulowicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JUNICO Ełk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven-Åke Granberg to make the kick off. JUNICO Ełk's Ulryk Tomporowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cai Cheng Sang in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute Nikolay Podshivalov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Jara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krzysztof Jarmulowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Leonardo Jara made a huge save. Leonardo Jara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neymar I in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Cheng Sang in the 59th minute of play forced JUNICO Ełk's goalkeeper Ulryk Tomporowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulryk Tomporowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cai Cheng Sang in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Bennis's Leonardo Jara got control of the ball when Nikolay Podshivalov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bennis's Edwin Söderqvist was substituted for Sven-Åke Granberg. In the 70th minute, Henrik Svartengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pål Uggstedt in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulryk Tomporowski saved JUNICO Ełk from getting behind. After 80 minutes of play, Bennis's Pål Uggstedt made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulryk Tomporowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bennis made a substitution. Roy Vesterberg replaced Aloísio Senna. Bennis's Henrik Svartengren got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Pål Uggstedt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulryk Tomporowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Bennis's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
