Lucio Primeiro started the match with the kick off. Anibal Fidencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Anibal Fidencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Martins in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Sílvio Martins was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gracie Barra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salmuera CP the free kick. The supporters of Salmuera CP booed when Gracie Barra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Salmuera CP's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Martins came free, but Anibal Fidencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Thiti Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gracie Barra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salmuera CP the free kick. Anibal Fidencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís de Alcântara in the 17th minute of play. João Carlos Alves charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Carlos Alves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Primeiro in the 24th minute of play forced Gracie Barra's goalkeeper Doni Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Luís de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Fidencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Salmuera CP defense, Thinlay Machado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Fidencio. The Salmuera CP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Fidencio should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucio Primeiro during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lucio Primeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Anibal Fidencio came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gracie Barra's Luís de Alcântara. But to his dismay, Luís de Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Sílvio Martins was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 46 minutes had been played. In the 47th match minute, Gracie Barra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Martins to maneuver through the defense.

A collision led to Salmuera CP getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Samuel Gorbea hit a great ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Thinlay Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gracie Barra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thinlay Machado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Salmuera CP's Simon Valerio got a free kick in the 59th minute. Anibal Fidencio was a little too slow when Luís de Alcântara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-4. Gracie Barra's Enio do Valle was substituted for Luís de Alcântara. A collision led to Gracie Barra getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. In the 75th match minute, Salmuera CP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Valerio to maneuver through the defense. When Simon Valerio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. In the 77th match minute, Salmuera CP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Valerio to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the game, Enio do Valle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Anibal Fidencio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Salmuera CP booed when Gracie Barra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Salmuera CP's goalkeeper Anibal Fidencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enio do Valle. Enio do Valle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Anibal Fidencio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Salmuera CP fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gracie Barra were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
