Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5610, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) FC Alinborger's Octav Zglimbea started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Luiz Marinho in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Șora saved FC Alinborger from getting behind. In the 3rd match minute, FC Alinborger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petru Vătăşel to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute Noel Rosado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Șora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luiz Marinho in the 5th minute of play forced FC Alinborger's goalkeeper Edgar Șora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Maicon Toscano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PEÇONHENTO FC MG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Edgar Șora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz Marinho in the 17th minute of the match. FC Alinborger's Edgar Șora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Toscano in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute Octav Zglimbea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Șora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maicon Toscano in the 34th minute of play. Edgar Șora came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by PEÇONHENTO FC MG's Pedro Luiz Marinho. But to his dismay, Pedro Luiz Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Edgar Șora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Aníbal Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Șora. FC Alinborger's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aníbal Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After the first half PEÇONHENTO FC MG were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Luiz Marinho to make the kick off. Edgar Șora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maicon Toscano in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Noel Rosado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgar Șora. Noel Rosado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Pedro Luiz Marinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgar Șora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aníbal Fonseca in the 59th minute. Octav Zglimbea's late challenge caught a PEÇONHENTO FC MG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Octav Zglimbea helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th match minute, FC Alinborger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octav Zglimbea to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, FC Alinborger's Edgar Șora got control of the ball when Elói Nogueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Alinborger's Edgar Șora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Toscano in the 69th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Alinborger defense, Pedro Luiz Marinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgar Șora. The FC Alinborger fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Șora should have stopped the shot. Elói Nogueira succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 75th playminute. In the 79th match minute, FC Alinborger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dacian Ifrim to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Luiz Marinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Edgar Șora made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maicon Toscano got free with Edgar Șora in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matías Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Vătăşel in the 89th minute of play. Aníbal Fonseca succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 95th playminute. The FC Alinborger fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PEÇONHENTO FC MG were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
