The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Lizer got free with Eduardo Lima in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Eduardo Lima successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 44th minute, Artur Rego made a precise shot to the right of Ubaldo Regis. La MaKina del Parque's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Jonas Lizer fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La MaKina del Parque's protests and gave Jonas Lizer a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes La MaKina del Parque got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Lizer. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amancio Seber was the one to do the kick off. Ubaldo Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordão Serpa in the 53rd minute of play. Jordão Serpa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Ubaldo Regis made a huge save. Jonas Lizer kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Seber in the 81st minute of play forced SC Angrense's goalkeeper Eduardo Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduardo Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Seber in the 81st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Amancio Seber's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eduardo Lima was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. SC Angrense's Eduardo Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Seber in the 87th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Paulino Teles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Angrense walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
