Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) Ed Edison made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 8th minute Norbert Kalmár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Metcalf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Norbert Kalmár made a precise shot to the right of Billy Metcalf. Barr Point's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 18th minute Szilárd Török shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Metcalf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 played minutes Barr Point got a freekick which was hit by Matty Sullivan. Billy Metcalf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tamás Lázár, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 0-2 became the score in the 20th minute when Tamás Lázár elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Joe Read came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kálmán Szaniszló could save by the left post. 31 minutes into the match, Oscar Beech had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kálmán Szaniszló. Andrashida's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Beech was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ed Edison in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kálmán Szaniszló prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joe Read might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kálmán Szaniszló. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joe Read ran back to his position shaking his head. Billy Metcalf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Kalmár in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Tamás Lázár had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Billy Metcalf. Barr Point's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tamás Lázár was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tamás Lázár to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Ed Edison sped through Andrashida's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kálmán Szaniszló. If Ed Edison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kálmán Szaniszló showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Mitchell-King in the 62nd minute of the match. After 63 minutes, Norbert Kalmár mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Andrashida and the Barr Point players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Andrashida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Kalmár to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Felix Mitchell-King's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kálmán Szaniszló was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Dénes Sinkós short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Billy Metcalf to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 71st minute, Tamás Lázár hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Barr Point fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Barr Point's Ed Edison looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Ed Edison put it in 4-3 from a short distance just to the right of Kálmán Szaniszló. Billy Metcalf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dénes Sinkó in the 83rd minute. Kálmán Szaniszló showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ed Edison, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th match minute, Barr Point was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steven Freeman to maneuver through the defense. Tamás Lázár in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Billy Metcalf, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. There was no doubt that Barr Point were the better team. Barr Point's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
