When Geraldo Aires fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GD JULIO DINIS's protests and gave Geraldo Aires a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th match minute, GD JULIO DINIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo Aires to maneuver through the defense. Pascoal Braga hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Sérgio Passos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrigo Pirani in the 19th minute. Rodrigo Pirani's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Sérgio Passos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Carlos Alberto Valladares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar Guerra in the 39th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Gustavo de Souza got free with Sérgio Passos in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geraldo Lopes made a kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Geraldo Lopes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carlos Alberto Valladares saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sérgio Passos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuca de Carvalho in the 57th minute of the match. Geraldo Lopes's late challenge caught a Reac Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geraldo Lopes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Geraldo Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 71 minutes of play GD JULIO DINIS's Geraldo Aires was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, GD JULIO DINIS's Geraldo Aires got a free kick in the 71st minute. If Valdemar Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Reac Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Samuca de Carvalho hit a great ball. Geraldo Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Reac Futebol Clube booed when GD JULIO DINIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Caldeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Pascoal Braga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GD JULIO DINIS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reac Futebol Clube the free kick. Pascoal Braga kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The GD JULIO DINIS players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Reac Futebol Clube from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
