The audience thought a goal was coming when Tommy Stålman got free with Roberto Oliveira in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Eurico Prestes fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SeleSantos FC's protests and gave Eurico Prestes a yellow card for diving instead. Eurico Prestes hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Eduardo Braga in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josef Lundblad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When SeleSantos FC's Luiz Eduardo Braga in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cauan Cordeiro helped the player get up and apologised. Cauan Cordeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. SeleSantos FC's Roberto Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Lundhberg in the 38th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tommy Stålman got free with Roberto Oliveira in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The goalkeeper, Roberto Oliveira, was totally fooled by Pauliström's Tomas Lagerberg, who 50 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lennart Lundhberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Tommy Stålman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Oliveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Luiz Eduardo Bragas short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Josef Lundblad to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Roberto Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Stålman, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The supporters of Pauliström booed when SeleSantos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeferson Botelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, SeleSantos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Stålman came free, but Roberto Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josef Lundblad made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Abelardo de Moraes sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aron Nordmark during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pauliström getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Aron Nordmark hit a great ball. Josef Lundblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Eduardo Braga, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SeleSantos FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
