The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edgardo Ixaka kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mateo Cordareo got free with Mateo Tolino in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Saul Sarracino hit a great ball. Vinicio Austin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Olivar having to interfere. After 22 minutes of play, Llavallol FC's Vinicio Austin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Olivar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Llavallol FC's Mateo Tolino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Llavallol FC from getting a goal against them. Emilio Txema fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Tolino having to interfere. Dionisio Olivar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Lluc in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Nicasio Isaio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Llavallol FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 38 minutes into the match, Llavallol FC's goalkeeper Mateo Tolino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godfredo Telmo. In the 39th minute Placido Roland suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Llavallol FC made a substitution. Luis Sotero replaced Placido Roland. In the 45th minute, Llavallol FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Emilio Txema fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After the first half Llavallol FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Godfredo Telmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Ixaka. Mateo Tolino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Txema, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Boca Juniors's Anier Oton suffered a concussion after 66 minutes and had to leave the field. 66 minutes into the game, Arturo Quirze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Llavallol FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boca Juniors the free kick. A collision led to Llavallol FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Arturo Quirze hit a great ball. Zacarias Lluc's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Dionisio Olivar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Luis Sotero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Llavallol FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Sotero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dionisio Olivar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dionisio Olivar made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Danilo Frichoso sent off a good shot on target. When Luis Sotero came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Llavallol FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Sotero couldn't finish the play. Dionisio Olivar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timoteo Ireno in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Boca Juniors's Israel Ederono seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Israel Ederono the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Boca Juniors protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Israel Ederono had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Timoteo Ireno walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 94 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Isaio came free, but Dionisio Olivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Boca Juniors's Dionisio Olivar got control of the ball when Luis Sotero tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Llavallol FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Boca Juniors.
