After a rather tough play, XMAS's Enzo Bobbio got a free kick in the 4th minute. Filippo Barbato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denko Krústanov in the 5th minute of the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Dave Barillari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. XMAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dave Barillari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ettore Vitullo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Zaccardi in the 15th minute of play forced SvE United's goalkeeper Gyuro Ralchovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, XMAS's Fabio Simonetti got a free kick in the 18th minute. Anzhelo Serdev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in XMAS's zone, Anzhelo Serdev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filippo Barbato came out of the goal and Anzhelo Serdev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 29 played minutes SvE United got a freekick which was hit by Denko Krústanov. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Ascoli in the 30th minute of play forced SvE United's goalkeeper Gyuro Ralchovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. XMAS's Filippo Barbato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save XMAS from getting a goal against them. Anzhelo Serdev didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 42nd minute. SvE United's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anzhelo Serdev in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filippo Barbato saved XMAS from getting behind. The supporters of XMAS booed when SvE United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anzhelo Serdev didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anzhelo Serdev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gyuro Ralchovski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Zaccardi in the 52nd minute. In the 61st minute Christian Zaccardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gyuro Ralchovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gancho Urumov in the 69th minute of play forced XMAS's goalkeeper Filippo Barbato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Concetto Marinucci charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Concetto Marinucci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, SvE United's Gyuro Ralchovski got control of the ball when Alessio Ascoli tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessio Ascoli got free with Gyuro Ralchovski in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 91 minutes into the match, XMAS's goal looked a bit too open when Anzhelo Serdev came free, but Filippo Barbato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, one of SvE United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
