After 73 minutes of play, Pereiras FC's Francisco Queiroz made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The supporters of Cha Fe FC booed when Pereiras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the game, one of Pereiras FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Enrique de Senna, was totally fooled by Cha Fe FC's Geronimo Dalmau, who 87 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Rolando Chan took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique de Senna. Enrique de Senna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolando Chan got free with Enrique de Senna in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cha Fe FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
