In the 16th minute, Henric Camaño had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorival Siqueira during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Vasqueiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorival Siqueira to maneuver through the defense. Jose-Antonio Morcego's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Luís Paulista - 0-2 was put on the score board in the 18th minute. Jose-Antonio Morcego struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Luís Paulista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Mora CAT. Luís Paulista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After 37 minutes, Esquipula Checa made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Vasqueiro FC's Luís Paulista tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Horácio Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Marco Jareño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half La Mora CAT were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horácio Linhares was the one to do the kick off. Luís Paulista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolinar Roman, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristeo Alacuart got free with Luís Paulista in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Esquipula Checa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Paulista was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. When Cucao Gonzalvez came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the La Mora CAT fans jumped to their feet. Vasqueiro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Mora CAT the free kick. In the 77th minute, La Mora CAT's Esquipula Checa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Suarez in the 83rd minute of play forced Vasqueiro FC's goalkeeper Luís Paulista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Suarez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Paulista was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. La Mora CAT played a much better game than Vasqueiro FC and deserved their victory. The Vasqueiro FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
