In the 27th minute Raureni Academy were awarded a corner. Pompiliu Andrițoiu went to the cornerflag to take it. Eustaquio Patrick tried in the game's 27th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Sebastian Boyce. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. After 31 minutes, Alin Şoimaru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Raureni Academy and the Qikiqtarjuaq FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Raureni Academy getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Alin Şoimaru hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Maria Youngblood in the 33rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Manuel Pască's left hand side. Sebastian Boyce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Andrițoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ştefan Petrea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Sebastian Boyce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pompiliu Andrițoiu took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Boyce. Sebastian Boyce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

61 minutes into the match, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Andrițoiu came free, but Sebastian Boyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Austin Oleary's late challenge caught a Raureni Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Austin Oleary helped the player get up and apologised. Pompiliu Andrițoiu shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 66 minutes into the match, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Andrițoiu came free, but Sebastian Boyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florin Manu scored 3-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Boyce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Raureni Academy's Pompiliu Andrițoiu got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Manu in the 75th minute of play forced Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Boyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Ion Pârâianu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Manu came free, but Sebastian Boyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erich Stokes charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erich Stokes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Will Greenberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Manuel Pască firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Raureni Academy fans cheered their team off the field, for while Qikiqtarjuaq FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
