The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Erdem Yalınç stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kılıçalp Öksak was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ulisses Marquez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 53 minute of play. In the 66th minute, Gencal Kanver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Gaspar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kılıçalp Öksak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serginho Barbosa got free with Kılıçalp Öksak in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute Mustafa Ali Baysu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
