Evelio Bladi started the match with the kick off. Sergio Txurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Hedman having to interfere. Magnus Hedman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Bladi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwin Eklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Gaudencio Manny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Ivar Utfal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lite Finare Lite Bättre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El ABUELO FC the free kick. In the 16th minute, Ivar Utfal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 minutes, Guillermo Elixio made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Magnus Hedman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of El ABUELO FC booed when Lite Finare Lite Bättre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Bergstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute of the match Diego Hori sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magnus Hedman skillfully saved the ball. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind El ABUELO FC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Manny, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Anthon Utter ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gaudencio Manny. Gaudencio Manny yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Magnus Hedman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Elixio in the 42nd minute of the match. Magnus Hedman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Elixio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute, Guillermo Elixio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Magnus Hedman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edwin Eklund was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Evelio Bladi put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Magnus Hedman. 60 minutes into the match, Evelio Bladi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Magnus Hedman. Lite Finare Lite Bättre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evelio Bladi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. After 64 minutes, Evelio Bladi made it 1-6 with a short kick to the right side. Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Magnus Hedman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Humberto Olentzaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto Olentzaro charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Olentzaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to El ABUELO FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Humberto Olentzaro hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Per Bergfelt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Ivar Utfal got a free kick in the 76th minute. Magnus Hedman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Bladi in the 80th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Evelio Bladi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Magnus Hedman. The goal made the score 1-8. Evelio Bladi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Magnus Hedman made a huge save. Evelio Bladi took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Magnus Hedman. Magnus Hedman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-9. Magnus Hedman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Elixio in the 98th minute. The El ABUELO FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
