In the 3rd minute, Piotr Domin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 11 minutes, Juninho Viana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clube Atletico Alagoano and the KoLiber players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes, KoLiber's Wawrzyniec Pyczkowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Osvaldo Abreu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KoLiber reached it. Wladyslaw Wos hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Agostinho Tavares struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Norbert Gotfryd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clube Atletico Alagoano. When Wawrzyniec Pyczkowski fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KoLiber's protests and gave Wawrzyniec Pyczkowski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to KoLiber getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Wawrzyniec Pyczkowski hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Leandro Mandrak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clube Atletico Alagoano's supporters rose to their feet, but Leandro Mandrak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norbert Gotfryd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes in the game, Leandro Mandrak fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Norbert Gotfryd having to interfere. Leandro Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Norbert Gotfryd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norbert Gotfryd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Mandrak in the 41st minute of play. Gilbert Smolak charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilbert Smolak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gilbert Smolak hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Klement Michalski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Osvaldo Abreu having to make a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leandro Mandrak to strike the kick off in the second half. Norbert Gotfryd came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Clube Atletico Alagoano's Chico Cardozo. But to his dismay, Chico Cardozo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When Agostinho Tavares came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Clube Atletico Alagoano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agostinho Tavares couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the match, KoLiber's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Mandrak came free, but Norbert Gotfryd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 65 minutes, Agostinho Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Atletico Alagoano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agostinho Tavares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69thth minute of the game Leandro Mandrak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KoLiber's Norbert Gotfryd was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 74th minute, Wawrzyniec Pyczkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agostinho Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Norbert Gotfryd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Agostinho Tavares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agostinho Tavares in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norbert Gotfryd saved KoLiber from getting behind. There was no doubt that Clube Atletico Alagoano were the better team. Clube Atletico Alagoano's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
