Spectators: 7578 (Terracing: 5684, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Conny Aleberg started the match with the kick off. After 7 minutes of play, Ghost Hunters's Mattias Borglin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Johnny Paulin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, The Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Helge Ståhlman came free, but Johnny Paulin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, The Reds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Högberg to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 15 minutes, Mattias Borglin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ghost Hunters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mattias Borglin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute of the match Arvin Överman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Johnny Paulin skillfully saved the ball. When Helge Ståhlman came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Ghost Hunters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helge Ståhlman couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Conny Aleberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 41st minute Mattias Borglin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnny Paulin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mattias Borglin to strike the kick off in the second half. Brian Högberg charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brian Högberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes The Reds got a freekick which was hit by Brian Högberg. 81 minutes into the match, Stig Lindgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stig-Arne Biörnberg. Ghost Hunters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stig Lindgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 84th minute, Mattias Borglin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stig-Arne Biörnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig Lindgren in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of The Reds booed when Ghost Hunters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evert Apelkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st match minute, Ghost Hunters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Borglin to maneuver through the defense. If Stig Broberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Reds were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
