With a little luck, UD ZAS's España Fanego got control of the ball when Ismael Vidal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carcelén Othaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Emenon having to interfere. In the 11th minute Gerardo Casado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but España Fanego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, UD ZAS's goalkeeper España Fanego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Vidal. 15 minutes into the game, Carcelén Othaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UD ZAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Re Loco the free kick. Carcelén Othaz hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. España Fanego was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gerardo Casado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Ismael Vidal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without España Fanego having to make a save. UD ZAS's España Fanego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Erramu in the 22nd minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, UD ZAS's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Casado came free, but España Fanego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Gerardo Casado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of España Fanego. The goal made the score 2-0. 27 minutes into the game, Re Loco's Gerardo Casado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. España Fanego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. A sloppy throw-in by Faustino Cordero in the 30th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by UD ZAS's Emanuel Obarenes. After 39 minutes of play, Re Loco's Gerardo Casado made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. España Fanego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerardo Casado was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Gerardo Casado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Re Loco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Haroldo Emenon was a little too slow when Carcelén Othaz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 5-1. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Casado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but España Fanego was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Elvio Alfonso's late challenge caught a UD ZAS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elvio Alfonso helped the player get up and apologised. After 67 played minutes Re Loco got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Alfonso. Re Loco's Niceto Elia was substituted for Esteve Erramu. Re Loco's Narciso Sauveur was substituted for Eugenio Gasteiz. The supporters of UD ZAS booed when Re Loco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Alfonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd match minute, UD ZAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Mijancas to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 74 minutes, Narciso Sauveur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Re Loco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Sauveur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute Ismael Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but España Fanego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carcelén Othaz in the 80th minute of play forced Re Loco's goalkeeper Haroldo Emenon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Faustino Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xandro Almodovar got free with Haroldo Emenon in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Vidal in the 88th minute of play forced UD ZAS's goalkeeper España Fanego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. España Fanego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Elia in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute Niceto Elia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but España Fanego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carcelén Othaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Haroldo Emenon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Emanuel Obarenes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. España Fanego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Elia in the 96th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Re Loco fully deserved thier win.
