El Eterno Campeón's Leandro Daneri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jürgen Klinsmann in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Akira アキラ getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Raí Pires hit a great ball. Juan Riquelme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yeray Saul in the 14th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes El Eterno Campeón got a freekick which was hit by Maurín Munita. After 25 played minutes Akira アキラ got a freekick which was hit by Osmar Carneiro. Leandro Daneri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romário MacAlister in the 28th minute of play. El Eterno Campeón's Leandro Daneri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romário MacAlister in the 29th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, El Eterno Campeón's goal looked a bit too open when Jürgen Klinsmann came free, but Leandro Daneri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Romário MacAlister sped through El Eterno Campeón's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leandro Daneri. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tanio Mascaro to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Akira アキラ's Kléber Saraiva got a free kick in the 54th minute. Romário MacAlister kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Akira アキラ's supporters rose to their feet, but Romário MacAlister was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Daneri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jürgen Klinsmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the last second Leandro Daneri throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ramiro Veloso in the 67thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 79 minutes, Romário MacAlister made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. El Eterno Campeón's Leandro Daneri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Jürgen Klinsmann managed to get in a good position for a shot.
