The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Luisito Adrio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 4th minute, Jimeno Salvidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Semeno in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Jimeno Seme made a precise shot to the right of Egil Sølve. Holmkjar Hotspurs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Lino Naelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helmuth Mannsmeier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Helmuth Mannsmeier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lino Naelio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Jimeno Seme struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Egil Sølve didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alijilán returns. In the 18th minute, Jimeno Seme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egil Sølve was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 20 played minutes Alijilán returns got a freekick which was hit by Americo Cefero. When Alijilán returns's Luisito Adrio in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Luisito Adrio charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luisito Adrio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luisito Adrio kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Kalle Bjarkmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Lino Naelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimeno Seme to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Alijilán returns defense, Ricky Eiby kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lino Naelio. The Alijilán returns fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lino Naelio should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute, Casper Emerek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimeno Seme got free with Egil Sølve in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With 64 minutes on the clock, Pablo Heitmann commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 63 minutes into the game, one of Holmkjar Hotspurs:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, Alijilán returns's Americo Cefero got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Egil Sølve. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Olfert Lodian was substituted for Ditlef Fausbøll. In the 71st minute of the match, Luisito Adrio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Egil Sølve saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alijilán returns were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Holmkjar Hotspurs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Americo Cefero took the corner. Americo Cefero made a great header on Alijilán returns's corner, it was just that Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 73rdth minute of the game Jimeno Salvidor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timmi Bantz during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 75 played minutes Holmkjar Hotspurs got a freekick which was hit by Timmi Bantz. The audience was convinced that Jimeno Seme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egil Sølve was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Egil Sølve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Seme in the 81st minute of play. Ejvin Vigbert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Egil Sølve made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Semeno in the 86th minute. Jimeno Seme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Sølve having to interfere. Alijilán returns were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Holmkjar Hotspurs's much stronger midfield.
