Alekos Papachristou who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Hanuš Plachetka when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pardubice Hurricanes's Hanuš Plachetka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alekos Papachristou in the 10th minute of play. Alekos Papachristou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Hanuš Plachetka made a huge save. Hanuš Plachetka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alekos Papachristou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Koleček in the 17th minute of play forced Pagos FC's goalkeeper Themis Apostolakoglou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pardubice Hurricanes's Hanuš Plachetka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Pardubice Hurricanes from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Pardubice Hurricanes booed when Pagos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grigoris Poursanidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 30 in the game by Alekos Papachristou from a close distance when the talented Hanuš Plachetka managed to make a qualified save. Pardubice Hurricanes's players were relieved. After having played for 34 minutes, Dimitris Stoltidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pagos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitris Stoltidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Theofilos Stamatis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Pardubice Hurricanes booed when Pagos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grigoris Poursanidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 played minutes Pardubice Hurricanes got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Jirout. With his leg Hanuš Plachetka managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Pagos FC's Alekos Papachristou fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Alekos Papachristou sped through Pardubice Hurricanes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hanuš Plachetka. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patrik Jirout to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alekos Papachristou in the 53rd minute of play forced Pardubice Hurricanes's goalkeeper Hanuš Plachetka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute Alekos Papachristou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hanuš Plachetka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alekos Papachristou in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hanuš Plachetka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alekos Kasoumis charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alekos Kasoumis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alekos Kasoumis hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Alekos Papachristou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Dimitris Stoltidis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hanuš Plachetka. Pardubice Hurricanes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dimitris Stoltidis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. When Pagos FC's Alekos Papachristou in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pardubice Hurricanes's goalie prevented a goal. In the 80th minute of the match Alekos Kasoumis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hanuš Plachetka skillfully saved the ball. Hanuš Plachetka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alekos Papachristou's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 91st minute, Alekos Papachristou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hanuš Plachetka was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The audience was convinced that Alekos Papachristou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hanuš Plachetka was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Pagos FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
