The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valérien Combettes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Remicio in the 27th minute of play forced Fierce's goalkeeper Valérien Combettes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valérien Combettes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Uzuri in the 31st minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Madison got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Guter. After 34 played minutes Fierce got a freekick which was hit by Franck Gigot. Ronald Lacour hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. With a left leg Valérien Combettes saved Fierce from getting behind. In the 45th minute Humberto Eliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valérien Combettes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Remicio struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Valérien Combettes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Madison.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquim Cariou made a kick off. Silvano Polentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Madison's Jacobo Iban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franck Gigot in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54thth minute of the game Silvano Polentzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fierce's Valérien Combettes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Humberto Eliu took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valérien Combettes. Valérien Combettes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Valérien Combettes came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Madison's Humberto Eliu. But to his dismay, Humberto Eliu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 64 minutes into the game, Saul Salvidor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Madison's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fierce the free kick. A collision led to Madison getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Saul Salvidor hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Humberto Eliu could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Valérien Combettes however easily saved by the left post. Humberto Eliu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Valérien Combettes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Humberto Eliu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valérien Combettes was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Fierce's Ronald Lacour got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Madison's Moises Theodore was substituted for Cristian Remicio. The supporters of Madison booed when Fierce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Demol didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th match minute, Fierce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Demol to maneuver through the defense. Fierce's Valérien Combettes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Fierce from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Fierce's Tom Mériguet got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Valérien Combettes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Eliu, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Franck Gigot was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Fierce's Franck Gigot got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute Humberto Eliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valérien Combettes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
