The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes GiaSiRo 08 got a freekick which was hit by Flavio De Marchi. Aldo Lemme was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pars Uzhan. The supporters of G . S A R A Y booed when GiaSiRo 08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Profeta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Muzaffer Erkılınç hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Cafer Hekimoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio De Marchi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, GiaSiRo 08's goal looked a bit too open when Metin Yaltırak came free, but Aldo Lemme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aldo Lemme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdi Saygın Çubukcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. GiaSiRo 08's attack was well implemented in the 26th minute, but when Ercole Salemme was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. A collision led to GiaSiRo 08 getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Arrigo Masi hit a great ball. Cafer Hekimoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio De Marchi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ercole Salemme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafer Hekimoğlu having to interfere. A collision led to G . S A R A Y getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Naci Keskin hit a great ball. Flavio De Marchi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Metin Yaltırak to strike the kick off in the second half. Cafer Hekimoğlu came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by GiaSiRo 08's Ercole Salemme. But to his dismay, Ercole Salemme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ercole Salemme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Cafer Hekimoğlu made a huge save. In the 61st match minute, G . S A R A Y was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naci Keskin to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Antonio Poletti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Ahmet Ege Topçay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The G . S A R A Y fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 72nd match minute, G . S A R A Y was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naci Keskin to maneuver through the defense. GiaSiRo 08's Aldo Profeta shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 73rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cafer Hekimoğlu but with some difficulty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Salvucci during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 77 played minutes GiaSiRo 08 got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Salvucci. Aldo Lemme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Metin Yaltırak, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Metin Yaltırak in the 81st minute of play forced GiaSiRo 08's goalkeeper Aldo Lemme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ercole Salemme hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the game, Ahmet Ege Topçay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Aldo Lemme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Flavio Locatelli fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GiaSiRo 08's protests and gave Flavio Locatelli a yellow card for diving instead. Flavio Locatelli hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Many of GiaSiRo 08's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. GiaSiRo 08 may have spent more time on the ball, but G . S A R A Y were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
