After a rather tough play, Jar.C Lipno's Przemyslaw Napierkowski got a free kick in the 10th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Wanderson Koehler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Mineiro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jar.C Lipno the free kick. In the 16th minute, Dobromir Pilitowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jar.C Lipno fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Diego Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walery Mis in the 19th minute of play. Zdzislaw Turok fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Viana having to interfere. Wojciech Gondek struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Diego Viana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jar.C Lipno. In the 31st minute, Fabiano Mineiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Mineiro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 37 minutes into the match, Jar.C Lipno's Dobromir Pilitowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diego Viana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd match minute, Atlético Mineiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinei Jacinto to maneuver through the defense. When Fabian Kasprzykowski came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Jar.C Lipno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Kasprzykowski couldn't finish the play. Dobromir Pilitowski struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Diego Viana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jar.C Lipno. After the first half Jar.C Lipno were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dobromir Pilitowski made a kick off. In the 58th minute, Fabiano Mineiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gwidon Nigbor was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Jar.C Lipno's Leon Rydzyk quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wanderson Koehler, made in the 61st minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, Luís Fábio Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Atlético Mineiro's goalkeeper Diego Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zdzislaw Turok. Zdzislaw Turok in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Diego Viana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Atlético Mineiro booed when Jar.C Lipno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Rydzyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walery Mis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Viana having to interfere. 2-4 became the score in the 82nd minute when Zdzislaw Turok elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Jar.C Lipno's Dobromir Pilitowski got a free kick in the 84th minute. Wojciech Gondek took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Viana. Diego Viana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Diego Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobromir Pilitowski in the 97th minute of the match. The Atlético Mineiro fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jar.C Lipno were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
