The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Giorgos Sarris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giorgos Sarris to make the kick off. When Hugo Bermudez fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nenushko FC's protests and gave Hugo Bermudez a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Nenushko FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Hugo Bermudez hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Giannis Nekos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Nenushko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Giorgos Sarris came free, but Pedro Zapata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Jimenez hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Thomas Moschogiannis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Seahawks V55's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Nenushko FC had won, even though Seahawks V55 had held more of the ball.
