In the 5th minute, one of Khalkedon FK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Khalkedon FK. Vacid Akyazıcı had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Nikos Kourabies's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Fazıl Hüsnü Akburç hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Fazıl Hüsnü Akburç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Michalis Pergaminos made a huge save. After taking down the ball on Khalkedon FK's corner Fazıl Hüsnü Akburç fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Michalis Pergaminos quite easily take care of the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Stratos Savouras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vacid Akyazıcı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thymios Kastritsis kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 29 minutes of play, Bazellatin F.C.'s Thymios Kastritsis made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vacid Akyazıcı was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vacid Akyazıcı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandros Schizas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mümtazer Baytüze kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The supporters of Khalkedon FK booed when Bazellatin F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omiros Chelioudakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Fazıl Hüsnü Akburç from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Michalis Pergaminos's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 46th match minute, Bazellatin F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandros Schizas to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dimitris Venetis was the one to do the kick off. Khalkedon FK's Vacid Akyazıcı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikos Kourabies in the 51st minute of play. Fazıl Hüsnü Akburç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michalis Pergaminos having to interfere. In the 66th minute Alexandros Schizas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vacid Akyazıcı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Khalkedon FK's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandros Schizas came free, but Vacid Akyazıcı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Alexandros Schizas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Vacid Akyazıcı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 83 minutes into the match, Khalkedon FK's goal looked a bit too open when Stratos Savouras came free, but Vacid Akyazıcı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandros Schizas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dimitris Venetis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vacid Akyazıcı firmly grabbed it by the left post. Giorgos Sardelis scored 0-5 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vacid Akyazıcı, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
