Valentin Sabin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from János Végvári, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Pianello del Lario FC booed when TUSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. János Végvári didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raul Faron got free with Dániel Varga in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. János Végvári struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Valentin Sabin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TUSE. Rafael Majoros lost his temper 33 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Pianello del Lario FC booed when TUSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Majoros didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Melchor Claus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the game, László Gyenes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TUSE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pianello del Lario FC the free kick. László Gyenes kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Valentin Sabin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from János Végvári in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute János Végvári shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Sabin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pianello del Lario FC's Jairo Jayvier got a free kick in the 47th minute.

An unexpectedly hard shot by János Végvári in the 54th minute of play forced Pianello del Lario FC's goalkeeper Valentin Sabin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TUSE were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Pianello del Lario FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. János Végvári took the corner. Pianello del Lario FC's Valentin Sabin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Pianello del Lario FC from getting a goal against them. Dániel Varga came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Pianello del Lario FC's Jairo Jayvier. But to his dismay, Jairo Jayvier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. János Végvári took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Sabin. Valentin Sabin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 87th minute János Végvári shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Sabin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
