Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kurt Kilgore took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lincoln Wise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilhelm Brander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grimsås IF's Daniel Stephansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Kilgore in the 13th minute of play. Marlin Whitt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Daniel Stephansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Kurt Kilgore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Stephansson was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After 20 played minutes Grimsås IF got a freekick which was hit by Torbjörn Sjö. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Harden got free with Daniel Stephansson in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emil Groth kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes in the game Ariel Paul got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Daniel Stephansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kurt Kilgore's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in PUKOHAS FC's zone, Wilhelm Brander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lincoln Wise came out of the goal and Wilhelm Brander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, Grimsås IF's goalkeeper Daniel Stephansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kurt Kilgore. Victor Landry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kurt Kilgore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. PUKOHAS FC's Marlin Whitt got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Torbjörn Sjö charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torbjörn Sjö the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes Grimsås IF got a freekick which was hit by Torbjörn Sjö. The audience was convinced that Kurt Kilgore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Stephansson was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Seymour Ulrich struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Daniel Stephansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PUKOHAS FC. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute of the match Marlin Whitt sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Stephansson skillfully saved the ball. In the 55thth minute of the game Kurt Kilgore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grimsås IF's Daniel Stephansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Grimsås IF getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Torbjörn Sjö hit a great ball. Daniel Stephansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Kilgore in the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to Grimsås IF getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Jonas Heggert hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the game, Seymour Ulrich was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PUKOHAS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grimsås IF the free kick. The supporters of Grimsås IF booed when PUKOHAS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seymour Ulrich didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 played minutes Grimsås IF got a freekick which was hit by Emil Groth. Kurt Kilgore took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Stephansson. Daniel Stephansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Kurt Kilgore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Stephansson having to interfere. Torbjörn Sjö might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lincoln Wise. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torbjörn Sjö ran back to his position shaking his head. Ariel Paul kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Lincoln Wise made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Torbjörn Sjö sent off a good shot on target.
