Spectators: 7498 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kęstutis Skersys got the match started through his kick off. Kęstutis Skersys recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kęstutis Skersys in the 7th minute of play forced Grimsås IF's goalkeeper Daniel Stephansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FK Mintis Vilnius getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Giedrius Dulinskas hit a great ball. Torbjörn Sjö hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Daniel Stephansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kęstutis Skersys's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Daniel Stephansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kęstutis Skersys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kęstutis Skersys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Kęstutis Skersys made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Stephansson. Grimsås IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 31st minute of the match Marijus Goštautas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Stephansson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Grimsås IF's Daniel Stephansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kęstutis Skersys in the 32nd minute of play. Daniel Stephansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kęstutis Skersys in the 35th minute of the match. Daniel Stephansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kęstutis Skersys, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute of the match FK Mintis Vilnius got a corner. Grimsås IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rūtenis Galkus ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FK Mintis Vilnius's corner Rūtenis Galkus fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Daniel Stephansson quite easily take care of the ball. Wilhelm Brander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lukas Kulpys having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilhelm Brander was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Evert Wennerlund notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of FK Mintis Vilnius's Lukas Kulpys. Lukas Kulpys was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Stephansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemaras Rudys, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With a little luck, Grimsås IF's Daniel Stephansson got control of the ball when Kęstutis Skersys tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lukas Kulpys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilhelm Brander in the 68th minute of the match. Evert Wennerlund might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lukas Kulpys. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evert Wennerlund ran back to his position shaking his head. When FK Mintis Vilnius's Kęstutis Skersys in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grimsås IF's goalie prevented a goal. When Giedrius Dulinskas fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Mintis Vilnius's protests and gave Giedrius Dulinskas a yellow card for diving instead. Giedrius Dulinskas kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Kęstutis Skersys struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Daniel Stephansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Mintis Vilnius. In the 82nd match minute, Grimsås IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Askstedt to maneuver through the defense. When FK Mintis Vilnius's Kęstutis Skersys in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grimsås IF's goalie prevented a goal. Skirmantas Melekša sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Stephansson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kęstutis Skersys in the 91st minute. Torbjörn Sjö fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lukas Kulpys having to interfere.
