Farafulla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ercole Rea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evcilerspor's Tibet Kayra got his second yellow card of the match in the 41st minute. The referee ordered Tibet Kayra off the ground. In the 42nd match minute, Evcilerspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tibet Kayra to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Evcilerspor's Osman Ali Atay got control of the ball when Alessio Apolloni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claudio Cianci's late challenge caught a Evcilerspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Evcilerspor fans cheered their team off the field, for while Farafulla FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
