The coaching staff of Club Sacode Football CIMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sérgio Paiva had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Sérgio Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 7 minutes of play, Fauna Utd's Armand Bernage made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alan de Medeiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael De Potter in the 15th minute of play forced Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Alan de Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Fauna Utd getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Armand Bernage hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes Club Sacode Football CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Fred Andrade. Alan de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael De Potter in the 25th minute of the match. Arthur Caes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Nunes in the 29th minute of play. Giles Verduin's late challenge caught a Club Sacode Football CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giles Verduin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th match minute, Fauna Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giles Verduin to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers William Nunes in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arthur Caes saved Fauna Utd from getting behind. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Club Sacode Football CIMZ. Fred Andrade stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arthur Caes. 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for William Nunes to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, William Nunes put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arthur Caes. Jakob Colpaert hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Sacode Football CIMZ reached it. Arthur Caes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from William Nunes went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After 73 minutes, Michael De Potter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fauna Utd and the Club Sacode Football CIMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card.
