Jorne Verhofstadt kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Lucas Abastas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kalatakaya F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 7 played minutes Kalatakaya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Xabier Abadie. Urritz Abechuco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartjan Parmentier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Modesto Molina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaud De Schutter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reinaud De Schutter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Abajas in the 13th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Kalatakaya F.C.'s Rolando Rea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reinaud De Schutter. That made the score 2-0 after 15 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Molina in the 19th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Reinaud De Schutter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Rolando Rea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaud De Schutter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Percy Colque came free, but Reinaud De Schutter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Rea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Reinaud De Schutter skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the KFC Paal-Tervant defense, Alessandro Abajas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reinaud De Schutter. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reinaud De Schutter should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute of the match, Rolando Rea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Reinaud De Schutter saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 29 minutes into the match, Modesto Molina dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Reinaud De Schutter, 4-0. 31 minutes into the game, Modesto Molina recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Reinaud De Schutter. Modesto Molina showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Kalatakaya F.C.'s Rolando Rea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reinaud De Schutter. That made the score 6-0 after 37 minutes of play. In the 42nd minute, KFC Paal-Tervant's Jorne Verhofstadt seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jorne Verhofstadt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of KFC Paal-Tervant protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jorne Verhofstadt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Steve Beckers to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Prudentio Abellaneda seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Prudentio Abellaneda the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kalatakaya F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Prudentio Abellaneda had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kalatakaya F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! Gilian Weynants hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Reinaud De Schutter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Percy Colque, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After some careless play in the KFC Paal-Tervant defense, Rolando Rea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reinaud De Schutter. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reinaud De Schutter should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Xabier Abadie came free, but Reinaud De Schutter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Percy Colque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70th minute, Steve Beckers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Lucas Abastas notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter. Reinaud De Schutter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Vincente Abel was substituted for Percy Colque. A collision led to KFC Paal-Tervant getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Adolf van Goetsenhoven hit a great ball. KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xabier Abadie in the 89th minute of play. If Adolf van Goetsenhoven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 94 minutes, Alessandro Abajas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kalatakaya F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessandro Abajas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kalatakaya F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
