After some careless play in the Bårjåsnjárgga defense, Baiardo Forcadas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dag Vie. The Bårjåsnjárgga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dag Vie should have stopped the shot. 47 minutes into the game, Bjarne Brudvik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bårjåsnjárgga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real de Carmelo 2021 FC the free kick. The supporters of Real de Carmelo 2021 FC booed when Bårjåsnjárgga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Brudvik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 48 played minutes, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Serafín García shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dag Vie came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Real de Carmelo 2021 FC reached it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Bårjåsnjárgga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Delmar Corredera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. In the 81st minute, Cornelius Fanebust ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastián Sosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. Dag Vie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Jaimes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingos Avendaño hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Dag Vie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Jaimes in the 93rd minute of play. 97 minutes into the game, Steinar Georgsen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-3. Sebastián Sosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Bårjåsnjárgga had won, even though Real de Carmelo 2021 FC had held more of the ball.
