Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rune Alstedt kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Olov Wennerquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 7 minutes of play, Oakcroft Thrashers's Tomas Klint made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Velloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 12 minutes into the match, Oakcroft Thrashers's goalkeeper Mårten Nordström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmílson Catarinense. Juan Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Klint in the 13th minute of the match. Oranil's Juan Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Alstedt in the 15th minute of play. Kiko Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Klint in the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Oakcroft Thrashers's Rune Alstedt got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oranil's goalkeeper Juan Velloso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Carl Apelqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Juan Velloso. Oranil's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Olov Wennerquist hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Kléber Saldanha struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Mårten Nordström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oranil. Kiko Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Oranil players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Oakcroft Thrashers were winning 0-1.

In the 52nd minute, Edmílson Catarinense made a precise shot to the right of Mårten Nordström. Oakcroft Thrashers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmílson Catarinense in the 57th minute of play forced Oakcroft Thrashers's goalkeeper Mårten Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Moisés de Sousa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oranil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oakcroft Thrashers the free kick. In the 69th match minute, Oranil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moisés de Sousa to maneuver through the defense. When Carl Apelqvist fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oakcroft Thrashers's protests and gave Carl Apelqvist a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Oakcroft Thrashers getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Carl Apelqvist hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Hílton Cosme shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mårten Nordström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 75th match minute, Oakcroft Thrashers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Villiam Finman to maneuver through the defense. Juan Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Alstedt in the 83rd minute of play. During the 90th minute of the match Moisés de Sousa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Moisés de Sousa a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Oranil's Moisés de Sousa got a free kick in the 91st minute. Juan Velloso was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Villiam Finman.
