Spectators: 7663 (Terracing: 5748, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wladyslaw Kaczucha took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerjan de Visser in the 4th minute of play forced FC WAWER's goalkeeper José Luis Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Roeland Klerk fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FFC Merainies 03's protests and gave Roeland Klerk a yellow card for diving instead. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Taco Joppets successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, FFC Merainies 03's Gerjan de Visser got a free kick in the 8th minute. 8 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper Taco Joppets had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wladyslaw Kaczucha. The crowd rose to their feet as FC WAWER's Wladyslaw Kaczucha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Taco Joppets. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. Taco Joppets made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Wladyslaw Kaczucha sent off a good shot on target. FC WAWER's José Luis Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerjan de Visser in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Iwo Rybak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC WAWER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FFC Merainies 03 the free kick. In the 16th minute, Iwo Rybak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernard Banan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Taco Joppets made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Wladyslaw Kaczucha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Taco Joppets. That made the score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. A collision led to FC WAWER getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Seb Waweru hit a great ball. When Nigel Willemse fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FFC Merainies 03's protests and gave Nigel Willemse a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes FFC Merainies 03 got a freekick which was hit by Nigel Willemse. In the 30th minute Wladyslaw Kaczucha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taco Joppets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, FC WAWER's Franciszek Zuraw sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Taco Joppets narrowly saved just below the crossbar. José Luis Chilavert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerjan de Visser's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Wincenty Tyszka kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44thth minute of the game Gerjan de Visser who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC WAWER's José Luis Chilavert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Kolkman in the 56th minute of play forced FC WAWER's goalkeeper José Luis Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wladyslaw Kaczucha scored 3-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Taco Joppets, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute Bernard Banan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taco Joppets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th match minute, FFC Merainies 03 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolf Mulders to maneuver through the defense. Taco Joppets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franciszek Zuraw in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franciszek Zuraw in the 69th minute of play forced FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper Taco Joppets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zbyszek Czerner hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. With a little luck, FC WAWER's José Luis Chilavert got control of the ball when Gerjan de Visser tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Luis Chilavert was a little too slow when Gerjan de Visser got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 3-1. When Koos de Kort came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the FFC Merainies 03 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Koos de Kort couldn't finish the play. FFC Merainies 03 were furious when Huub Harmsen was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 93 minutes into the game, one of FFC Merainies 03:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FC WAWER's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
