Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 5739, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) After a defensive mix-up in PLURAL's zone, Edvard Lustig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caio Coutinho came out of the goal and Edvard Lustig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edvard Lustig in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caio Coutinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 14th minute AIF were awarded a corner. Karl-Axel Persson went to the cornerflag to take it. AIF's Karl-Axel Persson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Caio Coutinho in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. AIF's Edgar Brenner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save AIF from getting a goal against them. Aldo Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edvard Lustig in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caio Coutinho saved PLURAL from getting behind. Edgar Brenner made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Aldo Melo sent off a good shot on target. Caio Coutinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Skoog in the 26th minute of play. When Edvard Lustig got free in front of the goal in the 30th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Caio Coutinho was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Edgar Brenner successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aristides Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Brenner having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Aristides Machado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edgar Brenner. That made the score 1-1 in the 35 minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, AIF's goalkeeper Edgar Brenner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil Simões. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edvard Lustig to make the kick off. A collision led to PLURAL getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Valério Peixoto hit a great ball. When PLURAL's Aldo Melo in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AIF's goalie prevented a goal. After 60 minutes, Aldo Melo made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. AIF's Edgar Brenner tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. AIF's Edgar Brenner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Melo in the 64th minute of play. When Edvard Lustig came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the AIF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvard Lustig couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Aldo Melo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Gunnar Klemensson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Caio Coutinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Melo in the 77th minute of play forced AIF's goalkeeper Edgar Brenner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, AIF's Bror Skoog sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Caio Coutinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edgar Brenner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aldo Melo's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. The supporters of PLURAL booed when AIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bror Skoog didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Melo in the 85th minute of play forced AIF's goalkeeper Edgar Brenner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 played minutes AIF got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Klemensson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldo Melo in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Brenner saved AIF from getting behind. After 92 minutes, Gunnar Klemensson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AIF and the PLURAL players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 92 played minutes AIF got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Klemensson. Bror Skoog kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
