With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddie Lindström in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Igor Romao saved Romando Futebol Clube from getting behind. Sven-Olof Örtendal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazinho Prestes in the 18th minute of play. Sebastião Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Olof Örtendal having to interfere. A collision led to Romando Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Frank Marques hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Gugu Proença hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Paulinho Guará had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. Ocean´s Eleven's Sven-Olof Örtendal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ocean´s Eleven from getting a goal against them. After 37 played minutes Romando Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Gugu Proença. If Sigvard Algren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd match minute, Ocean´s Eleven was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Löfkvist to maneuver through the defense. Thomas Nässén struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Igor Romao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ocean´s Eleven. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulinho Guará to strike the kick off in the second half. Krister Koch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Krister Koch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Igor Romao made a huge save. Romando Futebol Clube's Igor Romao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulinho Guará in the 85th minute of play. Paulinho Guará received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Igor Romao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Cordeiro couldn't finish the play. In the 91st match minute, Romando Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moisés Tepedino to maneuver through the defense. When Krister Koch came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Ocean´s Eleven fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krister Koch couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes in the game, Anders Runeberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Igor Romao having to interfere. Ocean´s Eleven's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Romando Futebol Clube had won, even though Ocean´s Eleven had held more of the ball.
