Spectators: 7770 (Terracing: 5828, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 155) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paddy Shackleton started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, Carlos Santana notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Staffy Terrier FC's Niall Deacon. Niall Deacon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Staffy Terrier FC defense, Serafin Hori kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niall Deacon. The Staffy Terrier FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niall Deacon should have stopped the shot. In the 12th minute, Serafin Hori left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leones FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Leonardo Poz kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Staffy Terrier FC's Jeff Weir got a free kick in the 20th minute. Niall Deacon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Hori, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Nestor Rito was shown his second yellow card after 30 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. If Carlos Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Carlos Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Santana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niall Deacon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejo Louis during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafin Hori was the one to do the kick off. Serafin Hori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niall Deacon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Carlos Santana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niall Deacon. Staffy Terrier FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Santana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Carlos Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the game, Alejo Louis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Niall Deacon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 70th minute, Carlos Santana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niall Deacon was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Leonardo Poz's late challenge caught a Staffy Terrier FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Poz helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Poz. Niall Deacon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Hori, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Arnaldo Leguizamón got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 85 minutes into the game, Javier Richie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leones FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Staffy Terrier FC the free kick. After 85 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Javier Richie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Warnett in the 85th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Obeko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reggie Hibbert charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reggie Hibbert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute, Reggie Hibbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 minutes, Rich Clough mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Staffy Terrier FC and the Leones FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rich Clough hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute of the match Amado Jordy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niall Deacon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 95th match minute, Staffy Terrier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Warnett to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Carlos Santana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
