In the 4th minute, Valentin Mihalcea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stano Radolský. The goal made the score 1-0. JuSi Malacky's Stano Radolský proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save JuSi Malacky from getting a goal against them. FC ciufulici's Gigel Gârleanu got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, JuSi Malacky's Stano Radolský got control of the ball when Valentin Mihalcea tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute, Gigel Gârleanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stano Radolský. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 24th minute, Sergiu Târcă fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Stano Radolský showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Mihalcea, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iosif Hârtopanu during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 played minutes FC ciufulici got a freekick which was hit by Iosif Hârtopanu. Dušan Obšut's late challenge caught a FC ciufulici's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dušan Obšut helped the player get up and apologised. Valentin Mihalcea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Mihalcea to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Dumitru Lopatnicu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lubáš Janič. In the 58th match minute, FC ciufulici was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugurel Zglobiu to maneuver through the defense. Valentin Mihalcea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stano Radolský having to interfere. Dumitru Lopatnicu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Kresťanko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stano Radolský came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by FC ciufulici's Valentin Mihalcea. But to his dismay, Valentin Mihalcea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Valentin Mihalcea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Stano Radolský tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of JuSi Malacky booed when FC ciufulici was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugurel Zglobiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavian Tomozei hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. FC ciufulici's Dumitru Lopatnicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Kresťanko in the 88th minute of play.
