The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julio Valery hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Mariano Porfirio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Fidel Rik made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anastasio Luar got free with Fidel Rik in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th match minute, Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Elodio to maneuver through the defense. Evaristo Elodio hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After 33 played minutes Ilulea FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Azibar. In the 34th minute, Lorenzo Virila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Belarmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Quirze, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Herrera in the 44th minute of play forced Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's goalkeeper Julio Belarmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Belarmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Quirze in the 48th minute of the match.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilo Quirze in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Belarmo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 55 played minutes Ilulea FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Valery. Fidel Rik came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's Mariano Porfirio. But to his dismay, Mariano Porfirio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When Placido Janpier fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's protests and gave Placido Janpier a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's Placido Janpier got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72ndth minute of the game Hernan Herrera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's Julio Belarmo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Freddy Cordaryal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Belarmo having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Hernan Herrera reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Belarmo. The goal made the score 2-2. Freddy Cordaryal might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Belarmo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Freddy Cordaryal ran back to his position shaking his head. During the 89th minute of the match Placido Janpier completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Placido Janpier a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ilulea FC:s goal. Rosendo Aimar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ilulea FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Ilulea FC.
