In the 5th minute, Feliciano Itzaina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Belarmo made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Viktor Dolinec sent off a good shot on target. Eugenio Argider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Václav Židek having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Nesto. Julio Belarmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stano Horáček in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Luar in the 11th minute of play forced FC Kukova's goalkeeper Václav Židek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Kukova's Václav Židek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasio Luar in the 28th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, one of FC Kukova:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 42nd minute there was a penalty for Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş. Simon Rami stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Václav Židek. 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Anastasio Luar made the kick off in the second half. Václav Židek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Argider in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Kukova's Miroslav Mastiš got a free kick in the 55th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's Simon Rami tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, FC Kukova's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Luar came free, but Václav Židek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Vičan hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Ladislav Klačko charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ladislav Klačko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Václav Židek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Václav Židek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Luar, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Anastasio Luar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the match, Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's goal looked a bit too open when Pavol Majer came free, but Julio Belarmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
