After a rather tough play, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Ilie Giosu got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Rubens Maia came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Premier FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rubens Maia couldn't finish the play. Alexandre Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmundo Ceresso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Josan in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Agudaru in the 22nd minute of play forced Premier FC's goalkeeper Edmundo Ceresso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmundo Ceresso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Agudaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. André Luís Amaral hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Kaká Soares charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaká Soares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kaká Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Edmundo Ceresso came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Codruț Turcescu. But to his dismay, Codruț Turcescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 40th match minute, Premier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Ceresso to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dadá da Costa during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 played minutes Premier FC got a freekick which was hit by Dadá da Costa. Aílton de Queirós charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aílton de Queirós the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Premier FC's Aílton de Queirós got a free kick in the 45th minute. After 48 minutes, Remus Agudaru made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Premier FC's Edmundo Ceresso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half THE CRYSTAL SHIP were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remus Agudaru made a kick off. Mugurel Moculescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dadá da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute, Alexandre Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remus Agudaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 played minutes THE CRYSTAL SHIP got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Turcescu. After having played for 71 minutes, Nicodim Encica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicodim Encica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Nicodim Encica slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edmundo Ceresso. That made the score 0-3 after 76 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aílton de Queirós in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mugurel Moculescu saved THE CRYSTAL SHIP from getting behind. When Codruț Turcescu fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored THE CRYSTAL SHIP's protests and gave Codruț Turcescu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to THE CRYSTAL SHIP getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Codruț Turcescu hit a great ball. If Remus Agudaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remus Agudaru's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Edmundo Ceresso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remus Agudaru in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmundo Ceresso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicodim Encica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Edmundo Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remus Agudaru in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edmundo Ceresso saved Premier FC from getting behind. When the match was over THE CRYSTAL SHIP could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Premier FC throughout the match.
