After 3 minutes, Bartlomiej Dlugi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gortaty and the Limoeiro-PE FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Limoeiro-PE FC's Jorge Secco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Walery Hyska in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Klement Charlos hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Limoeiro-PE FC's Ricardo Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Siembab in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Gortaty's Walery Hyska got control of the ball when Lino Correia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Cafu Nóbrega fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gortaty's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Hugo Magalhães scored to the left of an out of position Walery Hyska, making the score, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Limoeiro-PE FC's Lino Correia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Walery Hyska. That made the score 3-0 after 27 minutes of play. Walery Hyska showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Gustaw Basaik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Carneiro having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Wiktor Pionek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gortaty's supporters rose to their feet, but Wiktor Pionek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Carneiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartlomiej Dlugi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Magalhães stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wiktor Pionek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ricardo Carneiro made a huge save. Walery Hyska took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo Magalhães in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walery Hyska prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 58 minutes into the match, Benedykt Siembab notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Limoeiro-PE FC's Ricardo Carneiro. Ricardo Carneiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Walery Hyska made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Correia in the 64th minute of play. Ricardo Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedykt Siembab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vágner de Souza hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Hugo Magalhães notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Gortaty's Walery Hyska. Walery Hyska was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Claudinho Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Limoeiro-PE FC's protests and gave Claudinho Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Limoeiro-PE FC got a freekick which was hit by Claudinho Nascimento. Gortaty made a substitution. Aleksander Bykowski replaced Bartlomiej Dlugi. After 78 played minutes Limoeiro-PE FC got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Carioca. In the 81st minute Lino Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Hyska saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Magalhães took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walery Hyska. Walery Hyska dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 86 minutes into the game, Ziemowit Furlit was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gortaty's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Limoeiro-PE FC the free kick. Ziemowit Furlit hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Ricardo Carneiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Benedykt Siembab showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-2 in the 90 minute of play. Gortaty's Walery Hyska played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Correia in the 94th minute of play. Walery Hyska made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseu Camargo in the 95th minute of play.
