Conan Shields took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Börge Jelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piers Nethercot, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Conan Wiseman hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Conan Shields had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ove Ferm. Ralf Olofsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conan Shields read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After 46 played minutes Clapham Comets F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Sly Percival. After a rather tough play, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Pierre Fitzsymon got a free kick in the 47th minute. When Oskar Levander came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Trixande Fåglar BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oskar Levander couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jens-Åke Larsfelt to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Clapham Comets F.C. defense, Ralf Olofsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Conan Shields. The Clapham Comets F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conan Shields should have stopped the shot. In the 58th minute, Ove Ferm made a precise shot to the right of Conan Shields. Vinnie Small didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Trixande Fåglar BK's Ralf Olofsson fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Trixande Fåglar BK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Clapham Comets F.C. for a fine match.
