The audience thought a goal was coming when Betão Senna got free with Marcin Witwicki in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute Leonel Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcin Witwicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwan Bator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Sydney Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Valdomiro Damião ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcin Witwicki was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Acácio Cardozo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Pedro Augusto Capixaba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, White Star Troopers's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Senna came free, but Marcin Witwicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, White Star Troopers's Ziemowit Budrewicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sydney Barros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th match minute, Granadero10 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdomiro Damião to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sylwester Luty made a kick off. Leonel Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Marcin Witwicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonel Vasconcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Marcin Witwicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Vasconcelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Motta in the 71st minute of play forced White Star Troopers's goalkeeper Marcin Witwicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Granadero10's Valdomiro Damião nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcin Witwicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Senna in the 77th minute of play forced White Star Troopers's goalkeeper Marcin Witwicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radomir Glogowski kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Edvaldo Madureira, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Granadero10's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvaldo Madureira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the game, Granadero10's Betão Senna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcin Witwicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Marcin Witwicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betão Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. White Star Troopers's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Granadero10 had won, even though White Star Troopers had held more of the ball.
